We offer returns and refunds only in cases where the product packaging is damaged at the time of delivery. Requests must be raised within 8 days of purchase. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or replacements.

  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged package must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refund requests will not be accepted for products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored.
