Section 4 – Package Arrival
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept it. Please report the issue to us immediately at care@zahaapersonalcare.com, along with clear photographs or an unboxing video of the package. Our team will review the case and take appropriate action at the earliest.
